It is not Stray Gods: Orpheus (a DLC), but rather Stray Gods: Orpheus Edition (game + DLC). Amazon's title is incorrect, but the image shows the right product.

Amazing indeed. Now, the dilemma to the people having the base game already is whether to let the repeated base game go to waste and receive only the DLC or to pass on Stray Gods: Orpheus Edition (game + DLC) to someone who does not already have any. Thank you for your input, BanditKeith2, mrkgnao, and ssling. I am updating my initial comment to avoid any confusion.
