Some days ago I redeemed a code from my Prime Gaming account, the game was Stray Gods: Orpheus.

At first, it didn't appear, but I didn't matter, it had happened another times and it usually after 24 hours (more or less) the game appeared.

Today I looked my account but it doesn't appear. If I search the name into the search box I can see "Owned". Is this a bug of the redeem code system? An isolate case? I wish my problem it can be solve.

While 'Stray Gods: Orpheus Edition - Amazon Prime' would certainly grant the base game and the Orpheus add-on, if you had already possessed the former, the latter would merely be added (without notification) to the game file download page.

It's true! I have Stray Gods as a base game which I previously redeemed for Prime Gaming and after looking at Orpheus it appears as DLC as you have indicated in your screenshot. My mistake, I thought that Stray Gods: Orpheus was a standalone game and I was wrong.
