I try to dwonload sacred 2 gold vie "blue link" and with backup installer, but eitehr of not working.

Any ides?

Try asking support. Have you downloaded the offline installer, using Games -> Offline Installer?
I bet it's not the file being corrupt or absent but rather the server being overwhelmed at the moment. However, again, Support is slow but knows better. I'd ask them. Also, mind you can ask refund if your purchase is recent.

I think some people are being effective by server issues right now.
