I don't think GOG has ever had an exclude for developers/publishers - has it? Only for tags, genres and release status. (I could be wrong here - just don't recall ever consciously seeing it.)

My site gamesieve does have this, complete with a way to remember this (alongside country/currency, and any other filters you care to exclude or require by default), which will apply it for all future visits (assuming you don't clear cookies).
