Banned because you're making that up! I can't find anything about it anywhere on the internet! The only thing I found is a cartoon called Good Times: Black Again (which I'd never even heard of) but there's no mention of it ever being put on a PlayStation CD!

Banned because I was confusing Dingo Pictures with another cheapskate animated plagiarism studio and for that, I'm sorry. Although they definitely existed in the 90's, Good Times did in fact not release on PlayStation and demented grandmas can be forgiven for thinking it would entertain children. They would not be given such mercy for any format of Dingo Pictures, which was probably animated by slave children and voiced by their abusive handlers through ham radios.

EDIT: And also banned for thinking that's the worst animation. The worst animation was 12 oz. Mouse and Tom Goes to the Mayor, if you can even call it animation.
