I hope you keep expanding your library and more Steam-only games make it over here. I oftentimes hesitate to purchase anything on Steam when I think it'll release on GOG cuz I'd much rather have the full offline install that GOG offers.

Unexposed2605 I did not like the fact that I dont get to own my games even after buying it on other platforms. I used to pirate because of that. DRMs are another issue. After discovering GOG, I started buying games wherever I could. It was like dream come true. I dont need to open the launcher for the game and even if the company decides to take the game away from the platform, I can have a backup of the game I bought. I bought a lot of old games that I pirated before because now I get to own it. Very happy that a service and platform like GOG exists. I truly appreciate all the hard work devs put in and also to CDPR for taking such a bold initiative and having a platform like this. I hope to see this platform grow a lot and bring in a lot more titles. Heartful thanks to every single one of you guys working on keeping this platform alive!

After I lost all my CD's and DVD's of my favorite games that I bought back then at K-Mart, SEARS, Kay-Bee Toys, GameStop, RadioShack, Tiger Direct, CompUSA, etc., and also those where I couldn't get anyware but only by "sailing across the seas" , somehow I found you guys a few years ago, and started building back my collection of Good-Old-Games. I'm still a few titles close to complete my collection, and I'm proud to only support you guys (even with Epic/Steam/X-Box accounts, I only look for giveaways from such services, but I always say "No dough if it ain't have the offline download").
The only place I can pay to download an offline copy, updated build of the game I love is here. Just like buying the game and owning it. And yes, even those "ahoy" games I finally bought them here as well. It is very difficult to get all the games to the place where they belong, in GOG. We have a wishlist and you are doing your best to have it. Also, now with the addition of the free mods, you guys rock!.
devincurrie Love GOG! It's my go-to area in addition to Steam and other storefront. I trust GOG more than others for digital access without DRM, resilency, and at fair/excellent pricings as well!

reallynonessential Along the lines of my prior comments recently on wishlist items for games and for Features, I really appreciate all the work to keep GOG going, and it's really amazing. Compared to 10 years ago when I became a customer and I thought GOG was a wonderful project that was offering a lot, there's now such a wide selection of games for purchase that it's really amazing.

MarS-7 Thank you so much for being the only drm free software. With your policies I feel like I am a true owner of my games, like it was before on old consoles. That feeling was removed with other platforms but you keep it alive for the pc market. I only wish for all the games I like to be in here, because I don't feel comfortable anymore buying games from platforms like Steam.

kingbeowulf I greatly appreciate GOG's efforts to provide DRM free and offline installers for games, new and old,, especially with the current climate of "software as a service and EULAs stating games are no longer owned but "rented". The Preservation Program is a ray of sunshine. I've been playing computer games for 40+ yrs, but missed out on a few classics due to time and income.
GOG is where I'll go to spend my children's inheritance when game withdrawal sets in. Keep on gaming!
karmachaosdad Everyone appreciates DRM free more now a days due to how most companies use the privacy polices not to protect themselves but to exploit the consumer instead. I would rather buy GOG then not at all due to PlayStation and Xboxes and Nintendo's dumb anti consumer decisions.

Plaid_Gloves Wonderful GOG team: you have no idea how much I appreciate what you are doing for PC gamers like myself. It might be an uncommon sentiment with digital media these days, but ownership without fine print is extremely important to me. Knowing that I own my games, including the installers, gives me a sense of continuity and security that DRM-locked and server-dependent games do not. Gaming is a way of coping for me, and the idea that my favorite safehavens will likely be taken away because they no longer have mass appeal or the service used to run them shuts down is very stressful. GOG has allowed me to game in peace. I know my games will exist and be accessible to me whether or not GOG itself disappears (god forbid). It seriously takes a load off my mind.
DRM is simply a way to punish law-abiding gamers for the actions of a few pirates. I really, really appreciate being trusted to own my own purchases, and to not be automatically treated as guilty of something I have never done.
GOG is the last beacon of hope for weirdos like me. Thank you guys so much for making it happen.
