I lost access to my email and was struggling to access my accounts I wrote to support for each account, and the response was fast, and I was able to return most of the accounts Until I reached my gog account and contacted support, and unfortunately it is the worst support I have seen so far I doubt that there is no support even because I received an automatic reply twice and I haven't heard anything yet and my ticket is still open How do I connect with real people in support?

Pretty much what you're doing right now... complain about it here and raise some noise, that often gets someone to look into it and fast track getting a response. They're swamped in backlog due to COVID work at home conditions, but that doesn't change the bad customer experience that results from it.

Getting results is a matter of the squeaky wheel is the one that gets the oil so to speak. :)

I know for a fact that ponczo is a very clever AI, so don't believe her answers on the forum. Very well crafted and actually had me fooled a time or two. ;)
I've had tickets in for weeks now. I'm guessing the skeleton crew that they keep has been working on the current big sale, and now will be working on the response to this sale.

Exactly, anything are only excuses.
I opened a ticket a month ago for a trivial problem just to test first hand the bad reputation they have.
And I can confirm it stinks: They took 2 weeks to reply just to ask for useless info and the same day they closed the ticket without asking me (unsurprisingly)
I gave a negative feedback, but do you think that is going to matter at all?

Yeah, the co-vid reasoning doesn't/shouldn't hold much water these days, as(afaik) many businesses have(or should have) employees back at work by now.

Anyways, I will chat with staff to see if I can get support to take a look see at your issue.
My problem has been solved, a real human from support contacted me, I don't know if this post is the reason or it's a coincidence

Neither....one need only contact a staffer via PM and let them know when there are threads/issues that need assistance.
Although making gog friends is a good thing to do in and of itself(always nice to have more friends, I always say). :)
