I concur.

Is this some new kind of customer support that we now have to rely on friendly fellow forum members uploading previous patches that the seller is unwilling to provide on its homepage? Not that the current patch is anywhere to be found as well - not even on the games´ own homepage
(Note: Being just a dumb user I may have overlooked something. In this case I offer my apologies.)

They most likely removed them to not confuse people what to install. But I agree that they should make them available somewhere.
