eternien: Salut, quelqu'un pourrait me dire comment faire pour avoir l'audio en français ?
Depuis la page Store, il n'y a pas d'audio en français.
(Using Google translate)

"This portion has been auto-translated.
Despite what is says on the store page, there is French audio included. In the game's directory, open "HOSPITAL.CFG" in a text editor. Replace "LANGUAGE=ENG" with "LANGUAGE=FR". Save the file and run the game.
Et voila! Both text and audio should now be in French."
text and audio:
English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish.
Same as Sony PS PAL release. Same as some else EA + Bullfrog games.
There was also separate Retail for Russian, Chinese and Japanese (looks like no more official localisations, Pol and PT was unofficial only?) for PC - which comes as single language only. And Japanese for PS1. Every PC English releases/re-editions Retail and Digital comes as MULTI6 with listed languages.

i dont remember, either it is come with language switcher tool (gog use that for some games to change ini/registry/swap folders), or as above post suggestion - manually edit hospital cfg file into
ENG FRE DEU SPA ITA or SWE

GOG change store description many times never able to get correct info in result. Library in both website and Galaxy entries for this game (Bullfrog's) also changed and never fixed properly. Language selector do nothing - all PC for all previous and current builds just the same setup file (or galaxy game download script file).
Only difference and partial fix made for Mac DosBox builds where GOG just bundle them with pre-edited HOSPITAL.CFG for specific language and switching languages in Library do something. For PC-WIN this do nothing literally.

So if GOG actually didnt put language switcher exe their made MULTI6 like... SL version. Although it is still MULTI6as always be.

There are some alternative methods to change the game's language without editing files, but it seemed better just to offer the simplest available solution with the fewest steps that was guaranteed to work.
It's possible to, in GOG Galaxy, select the desired language from within the settings menu for Theme Hospital, but this requires Galaxy to be installed; it's also possible to select the game language when installing the game from the offline installer, but this had no effect for me and installed the game in English anyway - possibly because of some residual file directing the game to be in English.
Either way, I didn't find a language switcher tool (Language_setup.exe.) within the directory.
