Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

DangerPlankton: You don't need the client to claim the games (though you do need an account) - I successfully claimed Gunbird2 in a browser using the link provided by thiogott.

It looks like you DO need the client for when you want to install and play the games though.
You are right about the privacy part. What is going on here?
I've never encountered such a large list of detailed items in a waiver like this before
And just for a game freebie.

Usually these sites have 1-3 boxes, never this many.

I don't understand what that means.

Join Dusty and his optimistic friend in their symbolic journey through the human mind.
Lovely musical pieces are played in your journey in contrast to a nocturnal thunderstorm in the background.
Survive the journey by using your strength and wisdom to beat down nightmares with Dusty.
But it is a casual humorous game and is not as tense as Backpack Hero.
And you can enjoy the tunes of classical music as you defeat symbolic monsters!
