SargonAelther: GOG sells the exact same stuff as Steam (category-wise), just in a much smaller scale, so if they can sell on Steam, they should have no qualms about the type of content sold on GOG.
Oddly not relevant to what i said. I'd say more but: NDA.

Think of it as a reply to both yourself and Oriza-Triznyák.

Crosmando: I dunno, this game doesn't look TOO bad, but all these 3DCG western erotic games have this stock asset uncanny valley look to their models.
There are plenty of indie NSFW games with fare more unique visuals and art styles, but GOG only ever allows Big Brand Anime games and DAZ3D-looking games.

For example the devs of Margaret's Sin want to publish their game on GOG, but GOG is ignoring them. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of such examples.

Keep in mind that having these sorts of games did not in any way prevent large publishers like Bethesda, Capcom, Konami, Sony, Sega and other heavy names from putting their games on this platform. And as stated, Steam has over 10,000 adult games as of right now with the total to grow steadily in the future.

Again, irrelevant and without the initial context.

Nope.

I don't think so. If there's ten times more adult games on Steam than there are here and none of these publishers have an issue, then the adult games are not the problem. No one suddenly removed their games when the adult ones were allowed back on Steam.
Only 28 hours left in big summer sale.

So there was no giveaways this year?

Can you guys not implement a setting to block this degenerate crap from the homepage?

GOG used to be about DRM-free classics and games with substance not softcore porn being blasted across the front page. Even Steam gives users the ability to filter this stuff. Why don’t we have the same option here?

Bait. Ignore this person, they are just trying to bait people to argue with them. Probably not even a GOG user. My guess is there was a reddit post that drew attention. Again, ignore. Block if necessary.

Steam has a filter, because Steam shows explicit videos and screenshots. GOG forbids explicit content in videos and screenshots, so whatever you see "blasted across the front page" is no different to what you see in your local mall.

To be fair, a lot of the staff are out of office on vacation right now. I'm sure things will pick up later this fall. So no, no giveaways.

Well, i have to say even the popular girl magazines, have writers straight from the escort industry, sharing their exciting stories to women and girls from all ages, most man magazines aimed at man usually include a barely dressed, young lady. Sex is an important part of life. I guess in that fact we can all agree

Owns over 300 games here, so I'd go out on a limb and say he's a GOG user after all. And the feature he requests is perfectly reasonable, whatever his personal reasons. An option to hide/ignore games would be very useful. It keeps coming up, and not just where porn is concerned.

It is good to see logic prevailing here.
Just adding an option to hide games listed under certain categories with a polite notice appearing when you search that says "X many games have been hidden from the results. Click Here to show hidden content."

It is not unreasonable to have these filters, especially when children (below the Age of 18/21) also use this platform and it should be a safe environment for them by default.

Their is no reason to be against having more user choice, freedom, and customisation.

I agree! I really don't need to see the announcements for these degenerate enhanced versions of good old D&D classics!
Also guess everyone and their mom gets NDAs thrown at them these days,

Well ... isn't this the case every year ... I mean all the years in which we STILL had a lot of giveaways?. This was by far the lamest summersale we ever had. There, I said it - and I man it - and I am not alone.
