Now on GOG!
20 € for a game I already bought twice, first time on CD-ROM (with all expansions) and second time when it got added to GOG (with all expansions again)?

Sorry, you’re going to need a bit more than upscaled textures I won’t notice from my bird view anyway, or a "cinematic" camera that would only be useful for taking screenshots instead of actually playing the game. What I see here is not worth the asking price for people who already own the previous version of the game.

Even for other people, I would advise buying the original game for ~15 € rather than this revamped edition for ~30 €. A texture pack and some lightning effects should not cause the price to double.

wh1tepointer: Does this version have crossplay with the Steam version? Do they both connect to the same multiplayer servers?

Well that's something, I guess.

WinterSnowfall: "Definitive Edition" and still no Tyranids. Come on, you guys! Coincidentally, there's a rather good mod that adds them - surely it could have been brought under the official game umbrella and spruced up a bit.
It's a remaster. They aren't adding content to the original game, especially not an entirely new faction that was never included. They are just improving what's already there.
